Sharon Osbourne's full rundown of surgery including a 'Cyclops' facelift

Sharon Osbourne first went under the knife in 1978 and she has spent the next 45 years tweaking, perfectly and polishing her iconic looks. The millionaire TV star has spent hundreds of thousands of pounds on the process, saying: "I love cosmetic surgery. If you're not happy with the way you look and you have the money, change it! What's the big deal?"

The very first procedure the Celebrity Big Brother contestant underwent back in 1978 was having her breasts reduced in size and lifted. Battling with her weight for decades, she had gastric band surgery in 1999 and lost 100 pounds in the process, dropping from a size 22 to a size 10.

But the weight loss left Sharon feeling she needed further work done on her body, spending nearly £100,000 on a series of major operations. "After losing half my body weight I had flesh hanging everywhere," she explained. "I had the sort of breasts you normally only ever see in the pages of National Geographic magazine.

"So much needed doing that it couldn't have been done in one operation. I had liposuction on my neck and had it lifted, too. I had my breasts lifted, my arms lipo-ed and my tummy tucked. I had my bum lifted and I had my legs lifted."

The '00s saw Sharon's fame rise exponentially with her family reality TV show The Osbournes and by 2006 the X Factor judge was a household name and ready for more surgery. But the star wasn't thrilled with her second breast op, which saw her have implants inserted. "They have put these bloody great bags in that are too ****ing round," she later complained. "It is like [having] a waterbed on your chest."

2006 saw Sharon spend £25,000 on plastic surgery on her face, with her teeth costing £7,000 alone. The celebrity has had a total of five facelifts but not all of her surgery has been for cosmetic reasons. In 2012 she underwent a double mastectomy after battling colon cancer, saying: "I didn’t even think of my breasts in a nostalgic way, I just wanted to be able to live my life without that fear all the time."

The following year, the newly reflective celebrity vowed never to go under the knife again but she underwent her fourth facelift in 2019, saying: "Everything was just lifted up so it looks more refreshed." Just two years later came her fifth facelift, which she says left her looking like "Cyclops".

Sharon has once more sworn off having more surgery , saying: "I really ****ing pushed it with the last facelift and I am now like: 'No more'." She has however radically changed her look through weight loss in recent years, shedding 30 pounds thanks to slimming jab Ozempic.
