Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 is rapidly approaching, and we've compiled all the info you need to know about the upcoming season, including map speculation and Battle Pass details.

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 is set to tackle Greek mythology, so if you've ever wondered what a team of Lady Gaga, Peter Griffin, Chun Li, and Hades would look like, your dreams are set to come true in the next season of the game.

How long will Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 be?
The Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 start date is Friday, March 8. Players will have until then to unlock everything in the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 1 Battle Pass including Solid Snake skin quests and Peter Griffin Battle Pass items. Based on previous Fortnite Chapters the Chapter 5 Season 2 should go on until June 2024, but we'll know the exact date once the new season goes live in-game.

Epic Games hasn't officially revealed the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass just yet, but Fortnite leakers have the scoops as always. Thanks to scouring survey skins and matching them up with some of the constellation-based teasers for the new season, the Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass skins are likely to include
- Zeus
- Cerberus
- Posideon
- Medusa
- Aphrodite
- Hades
- Athena
- Ares
Artemis
There's a chance that some of these skins may be included in the Item Shop instead of the battle pass, but the pass is likely to be made up of these Greek mythology skins.
ShiinaBR also mentioned that a recent Epic survey included God of War's Kratos, specifically his appearance from the 2005 God of War. While Norse-era Kratos is included in the game already, this Greek-themed season seems like the perfect time to bring in his original iteration.
Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2: map
We won't know much about the new map until the next season actually launches, however, that won't stop us from having a guess. As is standard for a new Fortnite season we can expect some brand new POI's to replace existing ones in the new map. The most likely candidate to be replaced is Ruined Reels, which is where the Titan Hand live event took place. Considering Pandora's Box was opened around that area, I'd be shocked if it escaped this season unscathed.
In terms of our predictions, we could see Fencing Fields and Hazy Hillside get the boot alongside Ruined Reels as these areas are fairly close together. The other contender is Ruined Railways, which will undoubtedly be on the chopping block if Epic decides to remove the train from the map in Chapter 5 Season 2, which could be likely, as I assume Greek gods don't have a pressing need to use public transport.
