One of Ninja's best-loved air fryers is now cheaper than it was on Black Friday thanks to a special discount. The Ninja Foodi Max Dual Zone 9 5l air fryer, which usually costs £249. 99, is now just £179.99 if you buy it directly from Ninja.

It can also be also picked up for slightly cheaper at Currys and Amazon where it's £179. MyLondon reported back in November on Black Friday that the Ninja Foodi Max was selling for £179.99.

But right now, Ninja is offering a deal to new email subscribers where they get 10 per cent off when they sign up. This would make the total price even lower than the Black Friday price - and this offer applies to all of the other products on their site too.

So if you're thinking about getting a Ninja, this could be a great time to do it. Just follow the instructions on their site. The Foodi Max has two drawers, so you can cook two different meals at the same time. It's got six ways to cook: Air Fry, Max Crisp, Roast, Bake, Dehydrate, Reheat.

Even though it uses more power - 2,470 watts compared to a normal oven's 2000 - 2200 - it cooks up to 75% faster. This means you could save on your energy bills.

It gets very positive reviews on Ninja, Currys, Argos, and Amazon. A shopper said: "Ninja dual air fryer is absolutely brilliant. No worries about initial easy-to-follow instructions. Looks good and fits in a corner. Easy to clean, versatile, and good value for money. Saves on the energy bill too."

Another person said: "This is a kitchen game changer! The fact that you can cook two things at two different temperatures and use the sync function to have them finish at the same time has made meals an absolute breeze! I rarely use the oven now, and because of that, I've noticed my electricity bill has gone down too. This appliance is easy to use, easy to clean, saves you money, and makes cooking a breeze... a win-win cooking machine."

One person said: "I am so impressed with this Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer, it is so much better than my previous Tefal Actifry. The two drawers are a good size and it cooks a meal big enough for a medium size family with good appetites. The Ninja Foodi has lots of cooking options and uses, making it very versatile."

A less happy customer wrote: "This is my second air fryer so I thought I would try a ninja. I am well pleased on the cooking side it's great. However I am disappointed with the size its no were near family size so if you are a family go for the bigger size."

Another said: "First time I used it all my smoke and heat alarms went off, plus it wasn't flexible enough for the things I wanted to cook (pizzas)." Elsewhere, Cookwise have a 9l air fryer for £149.99 on Amazon with a 4. 7 rating from more than 1,500 reviews.

Unlike Ninja's Foodi Max six cooking settings, this one has nine, including fish, fries, bacon, bake, chicken-leg, steak, vegetable, shrimp, to chicken. There's only 0.5 litre difference between the two baskets and both air fryers let you cook things in each one independently. The Cookwise one does have an alarm to warn you when to turn items over.

Another deal worth having a look at is the Ninja Speedi 10-in-1 Rapid Cooker, Air Fryer and Multi Cooker which has 41% off on Amazon, making it £149.99.
