We're all longing for a bit of vitamin C and sun to hit our skin - but one man has such an extreme obsession with tanning he can't go more than one day without a sun bed.

Despite the constant skin cancer warnings, the sunbed lover regularly posts videos topping up his tan to get even darker. He also reportedly has his own nasal spray company - which has been warned against using by health professionals - as he bronzes his skin daily ahead of summer. In his "emotional relationship" with the tanning beds, the bloke claimed he misses them when he doesn't have one.

''It has never been as easy to be golden brown all year round,'' he chimed in a recent video as he shared his "true love story" with his sun beds and in a satirical light he told the sunbed: "'You know I'm such a fool for you," proving his love for them.

It's clear he's spent a long time achieving his golden glow, but health organisations urge against the use of artificial tanning and warn about the harm they can do due to the harsh UV rays - he doesn't seem to care.

The NHS website states: "Sunbeds give out ultraviolet (UV) rays that increase your risk of developing skin cancer, both skin cancer (melanoma) and skin cancer (non-melanoma). Many sunbeds give out greater doses of UV rays than the midday tropical sun." If that's not enough, the tanned bloke also uses nasal sprays to ensure his tan is deep and dark.

These sprays, which are banned in countries such as Australia and Brazil are not recommended and have been linked to a whole host of health issues. However this man will do all he can to always look as if he's just stepped off the plane from a tropical island and despite people telling him he doesn't "need another sunbed'' as his skin is "already bronzed enough" he admitted he can just about go a day without one and said: "Sunkissed skin is always in, time to go darker tanning."

Worried about his extreme tanning regime, one TikTok user commented: "Umm, no!! This can't be good!" While a second warned: "I've heard these products cause an increased risk of melanoma."
