Married at First Sight is back on our screens, as the Australian edition of the hit reality series is back for its eleventh season. The latest instalment of MAFS sees a fresh batch of hopefuls tie the knot with new partners selected for them, meeting for the first time on their wedding day in front of family and friends.

What follows is romance, drama and more drama, as the new couples get to know each other under the watchful eye of three relationship experts. In season 11, relationship gurus John Aiken and Mel Schilling return to oversee proceedings, as 20 not-so-lucky in love singletons take part in a social experiment that could change their lives forever.

They are joined by sexologist Alessandra Rampolla, with the trio offering advice and guiding the new couples through the process. Of the new series, Channel 4 said: “The new series is set to shake up everything viewers thought they knew about the show; with more twists, turns, rivalries, and unexpected betrayals that will rock the entire experiment.

MAFS Australia first launched in 2015 as an adaptation of its Danish predecessor. It has since proved a huge hit around the world and has rarely been off our screens, sometimes airing two seasons in the same year.

The series always airs Down Under before it reaches the UK, but thankfully there is a way to stream it early so you don’t have to worry about avoiding those pesky spoilers.

Married at First Sight Australia Season 11 began airing on January 29 in Australia, while UK fans had to wait until February 26 for its first episode on E4. Aussies can watch the series on Australian streaming service 9Now, which isn’t available on UK TV.

But if you’re desperately trying to avoid spoilers, MAFS fans can legally access 9Now from the UK by downloading VPN services like NordVPN or ExpressVPN to access an Australian server on their streaming device. With a VPN, users can watch 9Now and other TV channels from around the world.

For a limited time, NordVPN is offering 67 percent off and an Uber Eats Voucher worth up to £30 if signing up for its two-year plan, which works out at just £2.79 a month. Nord also offers a one-year plan and a monthly rolling plan that starts at £10.49 and can be cancelled any time – which means you can ditch it once you’ve binged the latest MAFS.

There’s also ExpressVPN, which our tech experts at the Daily Express rated five stars for its dependability, fast connections and 24-hour customer service. ExpressVPN’s monthly rolling plan comes in just pennies more than Nord at £10.53, while its most popular six-month plan saves members 35 percent.
