Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards' eldest daughter has revealed she wants new "bigger" breast implants, just three months after undergoing her first surgery.
Sami Sheen, 19, is used to causing controversy, and the OnlyFans model uploaded a video to TikTok to confess she was contemplating going under the knife again. In the clip, Sami can be seen wearing just a bralette and mouthing along to the lyrics, “All that work and what did it get me?” as she made her eye twitch. In the caption, she wrote: “Spending almost 10k on a new rack just to wanna go bigger. Someone talk me out of it.”
Her followers were quick to dissuade her, with many pointing out the health implications of undergoing yet another boob job just weeks after having her first. “I’ll talk u out of it - they look good and I think any bigger would cause back pain!” one commented, as another agreed: “They are perfect you don’t need to get bigger.”

Live life with them and then decide,” another suggested. The 19-year-old originally documented her first boob job in a series of videos on TikTok, as she shared details of pre- and post-op while in the hospital. In one photo, she was wearing a blue hospital gown and cap, and in another, she was recovering at home in bed after being discharged.

Before she went under the knife last year, Sami revealed the breast implants would “save my life”, as it forced her to quit smoking and vaping ahead of the operation. “I have been vaping for five years now. I've been addicted to nicotine for five f***ing years. I tried quitting multiple times. It's really f***ing hard. I'm getting a boob job in two months and I have to be nicotine-free for a month before,” she explained in a video on TikTok.

I think me getting my boobs done is honestly going to save my life, because it's forcing me to quit this,” Sami candidly shared. The edlest daughter of Hollywood stars Charlie and Denise joined OnlyFans in 2022, and has referred to herself as a sex worker, despite not actually being a sex worker.
“I don't meet up with people. I don't film myself having sex. I don't do that, but I also have no judgement toward the people who do, do that,” Sami stated after facing backlash over using the term. “If people did their f***ing research, they would realise that there are multiple forms of [sex] work.” Her father Charlie initially expressed his disappointment over his daughter's choice of career, and told Fox News he blamed his ex-wife Denise for encouraging the behaviour. “I do not condone this, but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity,” he said.
