You can get Pokémon Go's Azelf, Uxie and Mesprit in Photo Safari - explained
Azelf, Uxie and Mesprit are returning to Pokémon Go as part of raids and fans are curious to know how to get them on Photo Safari Timed Research quests.
The Lake Trio, from the Sinnoh region, can be effective for certain teams as Uxie is heavy on defence, while Mesprit has high offensive stars and Axelf is considered the most balanced out of the three. Pokémon Go's Sinnoh Tour Global event is beginning today and players around the world can take part in it for free.
During the event, trainers can encounter wild Pokémon from Gen 4 and encounter Original Formers of Dialga and Palkia while also taking part in other quests, including the Timed Research Photo Safaris. The Lake Trio is available until 6pm local time on Sunday, February 25.

There are multiple ways to get the Pokémon (Eurogamer/Niantic)
The Lake Trio is available until 6pm on Sunday (Eurogamer/Niantic)To successfully complete any of the three quests, you need to take an in-game snapshot of the corresponding Pokémon. All three Pokémon will appear in the wild throughout the event, meaning you will need to explore in order to find them.

But you can also use Incense to attract more Pokémon and you may even attract a Lake Guardian Pokémon for Photo Safari too. Eurogamer recommends taking a snapshot of the Pokémon before you attempt to catch them so that you can get them even if they flee.
Other ways to increase your chances of catching Azelf, Uxie and Mesprit include using Ultra Balls and Golden Razz Berry. The Photo Safari tasks can be found under the "Events" tab in your menu.

If you are lucky enough, you could also get a shiny Pokémon. According to GameRant, every time players encounter one of the three Pokémon, there is a one in 20 chance it will be shiny.
