Answer

This brainteaser sneakily only hides items in the right-hand-side of the image. If you look above the property door you will see a squirrel. Found him? Look what he is holiday - the keys. Bingo!

Nearby there is a long plant growing. Find the root of the plant and its pot and you may be able to see the mover's hat.

Finally on the ground in front of the apartment door you will see the missing phone - hid sneakily behind the tenant's cat.
