MAFS UK's Ella says Katie Price reached out to her amid surprise JJ romance
Married At First Sight UK icon Ella Morgan revealed Katie Price reached out to her after the former glamour model started getting close with JJ Slater.
It's been one whole year since the stars of the recent series of the E4 programme began filming for the experiment. In those 365 days, the stars have been part of whirlwind romances, got into blazing rows at dinner parties and hit headlines over unexpected new relationships and accusations about one another.
In recent weeks, Essex-based star JJ, 31, has been the topic of conversation after growing close to Mucky Mansion star Katie Price, 45. He started hitting headlines when he was spotted getting cosy with Katie at a bar in Newcastle. At the time, it was said Ella was "blindsided" by the romance between the unlikely pair as whispers of a feud between the two women started doing their rounds.
The rumour mill was in overdrive as reports revealed Katie was keen on having a baby with her 'young and virile' new boyfriend. Katie and JJ seemingly confirmed their romantic connection when they were pictured enjoying a cosy trip to Bulgaria. In a recent chat, Fellow MAFS star Tasha Jay even confirmed the shock romance was a "kick in the teeth" for Ella at first as she slammed Katie for getting her "sloppy seconds".

She shut down rumours of a nasty feud and told us that she has 'no problems' with Katie - who recently reached out to her about the relationship. She exclusively told The Mirror: "To be fair, Katie has reached out to me I've never said that publicly before.

"I mean, me and her are good, like I've got no problems with her and I’ve always been a fan of hers." Ella added that she wants 'the best' for her ex-partner and her pal. "I don't know what's going on," the star continued. "All I want them to do is happy so as long as they're both happy, I want the best for them. I hope whatever happens, you know, works out for them. And I wish them the best."

He has since moved on with Katie Price (Instagram/ @katieprice)Ella and JJ rose to fame after taking part in the experiment with their respective partners Nathanial Valentino and Bianca Petronzi. However, JJ's head was soon turned by the gorgeous Ella - who was in a friendship couple with Nathanial at the time. There was a clear spark between the two and it wasn't long before they began secretly flirting and texting behind their partners' backs.
Heated arguments transpired over the many dramatic episodes and the duo (along with their spouses) had a theatrical departure from the experiment. Fans were lost for words when Ella and JJ suddenly returned as a new couple a few episodes later. The pair tried their best to make things work but, at their emotional vow renewal, decided it was best for them to remain as friends.
