Frankie Bridge’s £35 Miu Miu lookalike ballet pumps can save shoppers £1,200
When we discover a wardrobe staple that looks almost identical to a luxury designer piece, which has an eye-watering price tag, we believe it’s our duty share it right away. And we've spotted a on Frankie Bridge's latest fashion roundup that look very similar to a pair of £1,250 ballet flats.
The Loose Women panellist's most recent was full of items from of one of our favourite shops here at The Mirror - River Island - and while her focus was on jeans, we couldn’t help but notice a gorgeous pair of studded Mary Jane ballet pumps that cost and have a similar design to these .
The major difference being that Miu Miu’s have rhinestones instead of studs, and an elasticated strap instead of a buckle. Oh, and a difference in price of £1,215.

This is a gorgeous look!Sharing the shoes on her Instagram as part of a reel, Frankie paired the shoes with a pair of £38 Blue High Waisted Relaxed Straight Crop Jeans, a loose-fit grey knit jumper (£30 ) and a yellow button-up longline coat, £75.
Accessorising the look, she added a melton baseball style cap (£15) plus a black crinkle bum bag , £14.90, and some chunky gold drop earrings for £12.

Fans couldn’t get enough of this gorgeous look, with many complimenting the star on her styling.

Miu Miu's ballet pumps (MyTheresa)Now while we absolutely adore and think they’d be perfect for spring, you may be a little chilly if you were to wear them without any protection from the elements as a result of the mesh material that encases the shoe. While being completely gorgeous - and the airy style is similar to its more designer twin product - they may not be the most practical for winter but great when the weather turns.
Alternatively, if you’re just going from your house to your destination in the car with not much contact with the outside world, we think you’ll be just fine.
With this style of shoe having a bit of a renaissance in the last few months, River Island isn’t the only high street store from which you can snap up some detailed Mary Janes.
Stradivarius’ rhinestone ankle flats have got a bit more of a sparkle and a more robust support being made from faux leather (100% polyurethane) and cost £35.99, meanwhile Oliver Bonas is offering similar ones but instead of studs or rhinestones, these shoes have a gorgeous pearl buckle detailing (£69.90).
