Cheaper prices on Apple's latest iPhone 15 range are starting to launch ahead of its highly anticipated Spring Event, the time of year when we could see a brand new phone colour and upgrades to particular iPad models. Although, anyone looking for the cheapest handset price may want to steer away from its own site, as retailers launch an unmissable offer.

Both John Lewis and Amazon have beaten the Apple store price by dropping £100 off the iPhone 15, as the 128GB model drops to £699 - one of the lowest prices we've seen since the launch. And it's not the only model in the swanky new range that's reduced.

John Lewis is now offering the 256GB iPhone 15 Plus for the same £899 price as the 128GB model over at Apple, so users can double the amount of data without scrimping on space. The bigger 512GB model can also be bought for £100 less.

Amazon fans can also make the most of the Apple price drop, on this specific 128GB iPhone 15, again beating Apple at it's own price. Having kept a close eye on the brand since its August 2023 launch there are a few deals which have dropped the handsets below this price, give or take a few retailer's trade-in offers.

Checking the Amazon price history at CamelCamelCamel, the iPhone 15 hasn't dropped below £649 since it's launch so the current price is an indicator of a pretty good value-for-money offer. The data shows the price rocketed back to its usual £799 price in December last year, as Christmas shopping boomed.

Sky Mobile also currently has a £300 saving on its iPhone 15 Pro Max contract as it launches a handset-only price for £864, that's £335 less than buying it outright online. Users then have to bundle in a data SIM with the contractor but it still works out to be a much cheaper option.

This time of year all eyes are on Apple as fans could see a brand new iPhone 15 model launch. Last year the brand hosted a Spring Event where it launched the then flagship iPhone 14 in a new colourway (signature yellow) despite being available to buy since the previous August. And the same surprise colour is expected again this year - so keep your eyes peeled.

Apple reporters at Apple Hub have recently speculated a burgundy red colourway although nothing has been confirmed yet. As well as the yellow iPhone 14, we saw a surprise khaki drop on the iPhone 13 and purple in 2021 with the iPhone 12.
