We must not forget that despot Vladimir Putin poses a mortal danger to Britain and other democracies.
Bill Browder, a campaigner thought to be top of the Kremlin’s kill list in the UK, is right to warn that the threat from Russia’s president is growing and can not be ignored by politicians who are afraid of confronting the consequences or are recklessly disinterested.
The Conservative Party has banked Russian-linked donations in the recent past. This has been a serious security concern. We deserve principled leaders who do what is in the best interests of Britain and freedom-loving people everywhere.
