Barry Keoghan has been the talk of the town since the epic, psychological thriller in which he is the lead, Saltburn, was released just before Christmas. Having been nominated for Best Leading Actor at last night's BAFTA Awards Ceremony (February 19), we couldn't help but notice how 'luminous' he looked, despite falling short of winning to Oppenheimer star Cillian Murphy.

And the morning after Charlotte Tilbury revealed why as the iconic British make up brand shared the 31-year-old Irish actor's pre-awards routine and the products used to leave him looking radiant and red-carpet ready. What's even better is that a large number of the products used are on sale at Cult Beauty, meaning we can get our hands on them for less.

Posting on the brand's Instagram page, Charlotte Tilbury shared a video in which celebrity make-up artist, specialising in men's grooming, Christine Nelli was getting Barry Keoghan's skin ready for the aways, prepping his skin before adding a few make-up products to finish off his look.

Captioning the video, the MUA wrote: "BARRY KEOGHAN AT THE #BAFTAS It’s luminous skin on the dance floor tonight, darlings! The talented @keoghan92 looks groomed and GORGEOUS for the 2024 #BAFTAS! Nominated for Best Actor for his role in #Saltburn, Barry is radiant in my beauty secrets, with my NEW! Magic (Bath) Water Cream delivering instant, lasting HYDRATION."

Sharing the products Christine used, the post detailed how she first went in with the new £79 Magic Water Cream (a cheaper alternative is from Revolution Pro at £10) before going in with the Magic Serum Crystal Elixir - which currently has £13 knocked off its price on Cult Beauty, now retailing at £52.

The Cryo-Recovery Eye Serum, used next, is "charged with the brand's IceAwake complex and caffeine" to ensure eyes appear depuffed and smoothed (and is also on sale for £37.60) while the oxygenating Magic Hydrator Mist that comes packed with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and leaves your face looking less fatigued, more hydrated, firmer and plumper - not to mention your skin barrier strengthened with a gorgeous dewy glow.

Christine finished Barry's skincare routine with plumping, nourishing and smoothing Magic Lip Oil Crystal Elixir that is packed with hyaluronic acid and aloe vera to hydrate your lips but also reduces the appearance of fine lines around the mouth with the addition of plant extracts - even better that it's got £5.60 off at Cult Beauty, now costing £22.40.

For his complexion, the MUA detailed the following products:

  • Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer, shade 3 - £26
  • Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder, shade 1 - £38
  • Legendary Brows - Dark Brown - £24
  • Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray - £28 at SpaceNK
  • Hollywood Flawless Filter, shade 3- £39

Barry, who shimmered on the red carpet in a dark teal Burberry suit that featured a smart cropped trench coat-inspired jacket and pleated trousers, isn't the only celebrity spotted on the red-carpet wearing Charlotte Tilbury's epic products as cast mates Rosamund Pike wore the Magic Cream, Pillow Talk Push Up Lash! Mascara, Queen of Glow luxury eyeshadow palette - and the new Pizzazz K.I.S.S.I.N.G lipstick, also loved by The Mirror writer Jada Jones.

While Bridgerton star Phoebe Deynevor also rocked a number of Charlotte Tilbury products including "a #coquette pink pout" created with the Hollywood Beauty Icon Lipstick in ICON BABY and Lip Cheat in PILLOW TALK.
