Arsenal will be hoping they can continue their good run of form when they take on Burnley at Turf Moor later today.

Mikel Arteta's side have won their last four Premier League games, scoring 16 goals in the process, to leave them just two points behind top of the table Liverpool. In order to keep putting pressure on both the Reds and Manchester City, Arsenal will be desperate to pick up all three points against Burnley.

The Clarets, meanwhile, are also desperate for points with Vincent Kompany's side currently sat 19th and seven points from safety. They have won just three matches all season and were beaten 3-1 by Arsenal when they visited the Emirates in November.

However, fans hoping to watch game live on TV in the UK will be left disappointed as the fixture has not been selected for broadcast by either Sky Sports or TNT Sports. Two matches will be airing live on TV today, with TNT Sports airing a 12:30pm kick-off and Sky Sports showing a 5:30pm kick-off.

Liverpool's trip to Brentford is the lunchtime fixture, while Manchester City's clash with Chelsea is the late game. Sky will also be showing Sheffield United vs Brighton and Luton vs Manchester United on Sunday and Everton vs Crystal Palace on Monday.

Burnley vs Arsenal, meanwhile, is one of five games taking place at 3pm on Saturday which means it cannot be broadcast live due to the Premier League's blackout rule which prevents any game being played between 2:45pm and 5:15pm on a Saturday from being shown on TV.

That rule will remain in place until at least 2029 after the Premier League agreed a new TV rights package back in December. Currently, Sky have the rights to broadcast 128 games live this season, while TNT can show 52 and Amazon Prime have aired 20.

Things will change from the 2025/26 season, though, with the number of games being broadcast as part of the new rights deal will increase to 270. The blackout, which has been in place since the 1960s, will remain with clubs concerned that televising every game could lead to falling attendances at grounds.

A spokesperson for the Premier League told Mirror Football last year the rule is in place to "protect attendances throughout the English football pyramid" and that the English Football League (EFL) would need to be consulted about potentially scrapping the blackout.

"It is important to create a balance between live football on television whilst also protecting attendance figures at matches and participation levels in the grassroots game," they said. "Any change to the current position would only be done in consultation with all of our football partners."
