Frankie Bridge's teddy bag is over £200 cheaper than iconic Marc Jacobs tote

Finding a cheaper alternative for a more expensive designer buy is something that makes us here at The Mirror very happy. So we were super-excited when we realised Frankie Bridge's latest weekly fashion roundup - named Frankie's Faves - includes a teddy borg tote bag from ASOS that looks similar to Marc Jacobs' The Tote Bag.

Dubbing her outfit The Hotel Stayover, the 36-year-old Loose Women panellist paired the plush £16.80 bag with a Y2K-style skinny scarf from ASOS - which is now out of stock, a pair of wide-leg straight cargo pants from Uniqlo, £34.90, a Pretty Lavish Makai Oversized Cardigan (£58) in brown, the classic Ultra mini Uggs, £155, and some crossover earrings from Mango, £17.99.

Sharing the look on her Instagram stories, the former Saturdays singer said: "This look is ideal for cosy staycations where you might be chilling at the hotel or also just nice for hanging at home.

"These cargos are so comfortable and lightweight, they come in a few different colours! The cardigan is a staple piece that you could also wear for work or casual with jeans!"

As for the bag? She wrote: "Cosy accessories you won't want to take off!"

And we can see why. The teddy tote bag - which has similar features to Marc Jacobs - comes in a gorgeous stone colour in a soft polyester borg fabric. The size is what makes it perfect for an overnight stay, being 39cm-high and 37cm-wide it's large enough to hold your personal belongings as well as all the essentials for a night stay - make-up bag, skincare products and a fresh outfit for the morning.

Shortly after posting her reels in which she shared outfits with wardrobe staples from Arket, Monki and Karen Millen alongside ASOS, she was flooded with messages from fans swooning over these high-street picks with many declaring: "One of my favorites faves haul for sure!"

"These all look amazing Frankie," echoed another, while a third stated: "You’re such a cool mom."

What's even better is the cosy borg bag loved by Frankie is on sale having been reduced by 40% from £28 to £16.80. And it's not the only borg tote bag ASOS is selling either as its beige Glamorous borg tote bag is on sale for £19.60.

Now, with a bag of this material, it's sensible to be cautious in rainy weather as the fabric could be damaged - so to ensure it remains in tip top condition, we've recommend taking it out in drier weather.

After something a bit smaller or in a different colour? This Carryall tote-style bag from Free People is gorgeous and comes in a little pricier at £88.
