Ant McPartlin's ex-wife Lisa Armstrong shared an inspiring message about self-confidence on her social media.
The 47-year-old make-up artist had a tough year after splitting up from her electrician boyfriend James Green, 40. She was previously married to TV presenter Ant from 2006 until 2018. I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star Ant went on to tie the knot with Anne-Marie Corbett in August 2021.
On her Instagram Stories, Lisa shared a meaningful quote with her 167,000 followers. She shared the quote: "No one is you and that is your superpower." The star, who was recently busy working behind the scenes on BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, is known to share cryptic posts on social media.
At the end of December, Lisa shared a post about karm 'coming for people' in 2024.

Lisa then went on to share a more sincere post, adding a trio of love-face emojis to the post describing people who "tell the truth, even when it's hard" and those who "don't respond to negativity" as "the coolest people I know".

The final post shared by Lisa focused on numerology and the belief that 2024 will be a year of karma for many people - with the post from the account sistersvillage claiming: "Eight in numerology represents karma. This will be the year where people will be receiving back what they have been putting out." Lisa added a collection of praying hands emojis as she shared the spiritual update with her Instagram followers.
Just a month before it was claimed that the make-up artist was planning to move on from her split from ex-boyfriend James by starting a brand new life in California. Speaking to Closer magazine, a source claiming to be close to the make-up artist claimed: "Lisa's had a really rough time of it recently and she's been in a dark place. While she's got Strictly to distract her now, she hasn't got a lot on her schedule in the months after Christmas and is starting to dread that quiet time when she finally stops and has time to process everything."
"She's been planning a trip out to LA to see her pal Craig Young. She loves it every time she foes there and really needs that boost right now. And it could lead to something more permanent - she's debated moving there before, and now with her recent split she's seriously considering it."
