Katie Price has revealed her daughter Princess has qualified in a new career after the teen admitted she "didn't pass" all of her GCSEs last summer.

Princess, 16, bravely opened her exam results live on Instagram with her dad, Peter Andre, 50, when she told her followers she would have to retake her Maths exam as well as scoring the equivalent of a D in Drama, Business, and Geography. However, now the Pretty Little Thing model is embarking on an exciting new career, according to mum, Katie.

Taking to her Instagram Story on Saturday evening (February 10) the former glamour model, 45, uploaded a video of herself sitting on a sofa, sporting a black hoodie while showing off her new pout. Katie captioned the clip: “Saturday vibes @officialprincess_andre now qualified.”

Addressing her fans, Katie continued: “Here it goes! Princess is going to do some waxing on me!” as the mum-of-five's pals could be heard cheering off-screen.

Despite having to retake her Maths exam, Princess did manage to bag a B in Fashion and a C in English. Taking to her Instagram stories a few days after getting her results, the teen did an ‘Ask Me Anything’ Q&A with fans.

Asked what she was going to do now she had left school, the influencer – who had already begun working with fashion giant Pretty Little Thing - replied: “I’ll be doing social media and private beauty training xx soooo excited.”

Princess had also previously revealed she was keen to follow in her parents' footsteps by appearing on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Katie and Peter met on the set of the ITV show in 2004 and married a year later, before going on to have their daughter and her older brother Junior, now 18.

Princess told OK! magazine: "It’s so funny. I actually would consider doing it, but I don’t know how well I’d do because I can’t stand bugs. But I think it would be a good experience. And actually that’s where my parents were, so that’s kind of how I’m here. So it would be quite cool to go on it and just see what it was like for them."

When finding out her GCSE results last year, the teen said: “It's not bad. I'm annoyed at Maths, because I have to re-take it". However, proud dad Peter told her he was proud of her because of her work ethic.

He told his daughter she "got really close", with Princess agreeing, saying she only needed nine marks to reach a four. Peter said off-screen: "I saw you working hard, that's more important - you worked hard".

Princess later explained she needed 98 marks out of a possible 200 in order to pass the Maths exam, but had only managed to score 89. Pete said: "I'm proud of you anyway, I am", before taking the 16-year-old to McDonalds as a treat.
