Super Bowl LVIII is finally here, with the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers going head-to-head at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Either Patrick Mahomes or Brock Purdy will be lifting the Lombardi Trophy by the end of the night.

The halftime show promises to be a spectacle, with eight-time Grammy Award-winner Usher set to perform. Post Malone and Reba McEntire will also take to the stage before kickoff. The cheapest ticket is around $8,000, so most fans will be watching from home.

Kickoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. local time in Las Vegas, which will be 11:30 p.m. in the UK, but it might start a bit later due to the national anthem and "America The Beautiful" performances.

Here's all you need to do to make sure you don't miss the big game as the Chiefs chase a third Super Bowl success in the last five years - and fifth overall. While the 49ers are hoping to land a record-equalling sixth Lombardi Trophy, but first since 1994.

Kickoff is scheduled to take place at 6:30 p.m. ET - 11:30pm for fans in the UK - although the game may begin slightly later with the formalities of the national anthem and "America The Beautiful" to get through before the players can take to the field.

How to watch

This year's Super Bowl host broadcasters are CBS, which means Jim Nantz and former Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo will be in the booth, with Tracy Wolfson, Jay Feely, Evan Washburn and Gene Steratore also contributing to the broadcast.

Viewers in the UK can watch coverage on both ITV and Sky Sports. Free-to-air coverage is on ITV with the show beginning at 10:45pm.

Sky Sports begin their build-up on their dedicated Sky Sports NFL and Main Event channel from 10pm, with NFL Network's Game Day Live available on the channel from 2pm for build-up.

Live streaming

Viewers in the UK can watch the action live on a choice TV and streaming platforms. But for those who want the authentic Super Bowl experience, DAZN is offering the original American broadcast – complete with American commentary, analysis and adverts – for just 99p.

The Game Pass also includes the halftime show, which will see feature Usher providing the entertainment. It’s worth keeping your eyes peeled for some extra special guests though, as most halftime shows include surprise appearances from some huge names – last year saw Eminem, Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg among the stars on stage

Odds

The 49ers are favorites to lift the trophy, available at 10/13 with William Hill and the defending champion Chiefs priced at 11/10.

Christian McCaffrey is the favorite to score the first touchdown at 4/1, trailed by Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (13/2) and Travis Kelce (8/1). Despite being on the side of the underdog Chiefs, Mahomes is 6/5 to be the Super Bowl MVP, with Purdy available at 2/1.
