In a recent interview with the Daily Express, psychic and astrologer to the stars Inbaal Honigman added that "cheeky" individuals born during a Monkey year are known to be "smart, playful and attractive", and it's believed "their natural playfulness fits well with the powerful energy of the Dragon year'".
