Wrexham fans could buy themselves a unique piece of club history by purchasing the team's bus after Ryan Reynolds put the vehicle up for sale for £77,950.

Reynolds, who co-owns the Welsh club with fellow actor Rob McElhenney, has not done things by halves since their takeover in February 2021, with their investment yielding major returns on the pitch. Wexham are currently in the midst of one of the most storied periods in the club's history following promotion back to the EFL last term.

A combination of the team's Hollywood glamour and the relatable charms of the club's dedicated fanbase has endeared the Racecourse Ground club to new audiences in recent times. Led by head coach Phil Parkinson and talisman Paul Mullin, last term's heroics were immortalised on screen via the 'Welcome to Wrexham' docuseries.

Now, supporters have been given the rare opportunity to pick up a piece of memorabilia that has been witness to a host of memorable nights over this period. That is because Wrexham's 2011-registration Scania VIP Corporate Executive Coach, which transported the team's players during this storied run, is now up for sale.

Listed on the Odyssey Coach Sales website with some 71,5168 kilometres on the clock, the team bus features all the trappings of luxury that could be expected of a team of Wrexham's renown. With a full leather trim interior, the vehicle also has a rear horseshoe lounge to seat five, alongside seven tables and a further one for the rear lounge.

Fully air conditioned, it also is carpeted throughout and features an extended centre servery area, a Bosch oven, a Panasonic microwave and three fridges. Alongside this, stars have been able to make themselves at home with a Flavia coffee machine, seven TV monitors and internet TV via Firestick.

In addition, stars have also had the deluxe privileges of a PlayStation 5 provided on for them on board, alongside a Bose Surround Sound system. For longer drives, the coach also has mood lighting, while the vehicle also boasts security features including wiring for CCTV and a driver's safe.

Whether the club's owners have decided to upgrade to another type of coach with the club riding high in League Two remains to be seen. However, there is no doubt that Reynolds and McElhenney have made the comfort of their stars while travelling a paramount concern since their takeover.

In fact, a previous report from BBC Sport purported that Wrexham had taken a jet to some 16 fixtures in the National League last season. Of these instances, one flight taken by the Dragons squad took just 29 minutes as they made the trip from North Wales up to Gateshead.

Katie Cross of Pledgeball, which works with clubs to 'engage fans and lower their footprints', commented on Wrexham's transport choices, saying: "The club, with the full backing of their new owners, seem to be following the well-carved out track of measuring success through global expansion and financial success."
