Victoria Beckham lets her hair down with Nicola Peltz dancing to Spice Girls
Victoria Beckham partied with Nicola Peltz-Beckham this weekend shortly after having supported her daughter-in-law at the film premiere of her upcoming directorial debut.
Nicola, 29, is preparing for the release of independent film Lola (2024), which she has written and directed. The actor is also among the cast of the upcoming project, which is now scheduled to be released in the US in the coming days.
The premiere was held at Regency Bruin Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday ahead of the film's theatrical release next week. Guests included Nicola's husband Brooklyn Peltz-Beckham, 24, and pals such as Selena Gomez, 31.

The pair later danced to the Spice Girls' song Wannabe whilst at an apparent afterparty (Instagram/ @mirthamichelle)Nicola's mother-in-law Victoria, 49, and her youngest son Cruz Beckham, 18, were also in attendance at the special occasion in California earlier this weekend. They posed for photos with Brooklyn and Nicola whilst at the theatre. Victoria and her daughter-in-law are understood to have modelled outfits from the former's eponymous label. The designer is said to have been wearing a "tux suit" that's yet to be launched, whilst Nicola wore "custom" tailoring.
Nicola - who's previously been in films like Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014) - opted to wear a ribbed white corset top and coordinated white trousers for the premiere. She accompanied those pieces with some white footwear. The actor accessorised with some a few pieces of jewellery, including some statement rings. Nicola further showcased silver earrings whilst posing for photos alongside colleagues, relatives and celebrity pals at the event on Saturday.

Victoria instead decided to wear a navy suit, which included a blazer and trousers. The former Spice Girls member wore a pair of black heels as part of the outfit and accessorised with a bracelet on one wrist. She also wore a watch.

It was posted by guest Mirtha Michelle and was later shared on Nicola's Instagram Story. Fellow actor Mirtha wrote over it: "Ok so [Nicola] just gave me my Spice Girls moment." Victoria and her daughter-in-law were seen embraced in a hug initially in the video before dancing along to the chart-topping song moments later.
Brooklyn subsequently joined them on the dancefloor alongside other guests at the gathering. The video showed his wife Nicola wearing a different outfit to the one that she had modelled at the premiere, with her instead wearing a coordinated black top and trousers whilst on the dancefloor. Nicola has previously shared that the upcoming film is "a heartfelt story of generational trauma, perseverance and unconditional love." The writer teased on Instagram once that the project has been a "five-year labour of love".

She wrote in the caption: "[Nicola] we could not be more proud of you! Congratulations on your incredible film, Lola. Officially in theatres February 9th! Kisses xx."
Her support further suggests that she's on good terms with Nicola. It comes following previous speculation over an alleged "feud" between Victoria and Nicola. There were rumours of tension within the family following the latter's wedding to Brooklyn, which attracted attention in 2022. There was speculation that there was tension over the bride having not worn one a dress from Victoria's label at the wedding. Nicola has however addressed this and the family have seemingly dismissed the suggestion of a "feud".
Nicola suggested that it was due to logistics, saying once that her mother-in-law's atelier wasn't able to make her wedding dress. She told Variety in 2022: "[Victoria] didn't say you can't wear it. I didn't say I didn't want to wear it." Brooklyn added to the outlet that "everyone gets along". Other examples of the family dismissing claims of tension include last year when Nicola further dismissed the suggestion of a 'feud'. She told Cosmopolitan magazine at the time: "I've said this so many times: There's no feud."
