Stormzy amazes fans as he shares a video of himself working out 7 times a day
Rapper Stormzy left his fans amazed after sharing his daily routine in a recent clip shared on social media.
Stormzy fits in more by 9am than most people do in an entire day when it comes to physical exercise, with the award-winning artist hitting the gym, going on jogs, stretching and walking his dogs while many of still hitting their snooze alarm and battling to get out of bed.
The Vossi Bop hitmaker - who is currently dating Love Island star Maya Jama - revealed his long list of gruelling morning activities on his TikTok page, and fans were surprised to learn what the music star gets up to before 11am. Stormzy is currently preparing for his Australia tour and is set to perform in cities such as Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, and Adelaide.
Stormzy begins his day by waking up at 6.15am for a jog. After his sweaty workout, the rapper, 30, hops into his yellow sports car to drive to the gym at 7.36am, where he performs treadmill sprints. At 8. am, he enjoys a padel lesson, which he takes very seriously. In the video, he explained: "I’ve been playing padel with the mandem and I’m the deadest and want to get better, so I do this for an hour." Next, it's an hour-long appointment with a nutritionist and personal trainer. He then returns to the gym to exercise. At 11:30, Stormzy indulges in a well-deserved meal. He has a simple breakfast meal of chicken and sausage omelette with sweet potato whipped up by his chef Vic.

The rapper, 30, finishes off his day catching up on Love Island All Stars - tuning in to see his girlfriend Maya following the two stars rekindling their romance last year.

Stormzy and Maya were spotted at the first public date since getting back together. The former BBC radio host shared snaps of them both on her Instagram stories, with one selfie showing Maya licking her boyfriend's face. The 30-year-old returned the favour by planting a kiss on her cheek. They were seen seated in the busy crowd at the action-packed game with grins on their faces.
It comes after the hit performer, who hails from Croydon, gave a rare insight into his relationship with TV presenter. Speaking in his interview, Stormzy explained: "We were so public the first time round. Somewhere down the line my spirit started resisting…So I’m not gonna speak on it."The star then cheekily commented on the snaps from the summer confirming he and Maya were back together, as he added: "We were just living la vida loca. Lapse of judgement for an hour!"
In November, Stormzy made history as the first British man to appear solo on cover of Vogue. The rapper has graced the December edition of the magazine in one of six front cover stars. He posed on his own but the magazine has published six different editions including Jodie Comer, Kate and Lila Moss, Lil Simz, Tilda Swinton and Olivia Coleman. By appearing on the cover, the musician has made history as he is the first British man to appear solo on the cover of British Vogue's print edition in its 107-year production.
