Lauryn Goodman claims Kyle Walker's pregnant wife apologised to her

Lauryn Goodman, who is at the centre of Manchester City star Kyle Walker's cheating scandal, has claimed that the footballer's wife, Annie Kilner, has insisted that she is a "victim" of the situation as well as her.

The social media influencer has spoken out as she hits back at being a labelled a "homewrecker" for her relationship with the England star, in which she has claimed that she's had two children with the footballer.

The Manchester City star, 33, has already fathered a son, three year-old Kairo, with Lauryn during an earlier separation from his wife in 2020. His marriage to Annie is now in tatters after Lauryn claimed, on Boxing Day, that he is also the father of her five-month-old daughter.

Speaking to Mail+, Lauryn said that her and Annie have been victims of the footballer's "ego" and "lies". She said: "There was a time when I hated her... but surely any mother would question how you could accept a man back but not his child? I won't get into the private conversations I have had with Annie, but she did tell me ­initially she felt we were both victims of his manipulative and controlling behaviour, and at times we have got along quite well, apologised to one another and had a mutual understanding."

Lauryn said that her relationship with Kyle was a "mistake" and that her son really wants to see his dad. She continued to say: "Nobody understands what it is like when a young boy points to a photo of his dad and just wants to see him. It breaks my heart. It was me who ended it with Kyle. If I'd wanted to, I could have continued to have a secret family together. But I couldn't deal with the toxicity any more, and I realised it wasn't good for my children."

Kyle has admitted that he wanted to "curl up in a ball" when his relationship with Lauryn was revealed in the new year and has found it difficult to adjust to life away from the family home in Cheshire, where Annie is pregnant with their fourth child. He has since moved back in with his wife and children on the promise that he severed all contact with Lauryn.

A spokeswoman said: "Kyle and Annie are disappointed that Lauryn continues to seek publicity and financial gain by promoting false, defamatory and intrusive media stories about them and their children. Apart from being factually inaccurate, these stories take no account of the best interests of the children involved.The matter is with their lawyers."
