When you're brought up in a life of luxury at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, it isn't always easy to feel normal. But Prince William and Princess Kate are doing everything they can to help their daughter, Charlotte, fit in, by giving her a cool nickname.

The Princess attends the esteemed Lambrook School in Berkshire, receiving the best education and dining on the finest food the country has to offer. Ultimately, when you're in the Royal Family, money isn't an object; thus, the youngster and her siblings, Prince Louis and Prince George, can have whatever they desire.

However, despite that, their parents are trying to keep them grounded, making sure that Charlotte settles in among her peers. Guaranteeing she's treated like everybody else, during his stint as the Duke of Cambridge, the future King gave her the nickname 'Charlotte Cambridge', but she now goes by a title with a little more wit.

Since becoming the Prince of Wales, it has been reported that William's children use the name 'Wales' as a surname. And during a trip to Northern Ireland in 2019, Kate Middleton, told a mum named, Laura-Ann, that she refers to her daughter as 'Lottie'. Therefore, experts have come to the conclusion that the eight-year-old is most likely nicknamed 'Lottie Wales' at school.

In addition, the Prince Of Wales has a very sentimental name for his daughter. While on a family outing to the garden Kate helped design for the Chelsea Flower Show in 2019, he referred to his second child as 'mignonette'. The French term translates as "small, sweet and delicate", or something "cute".

However, Charlotte isn't the only one with a nickname. It turns out her brother, George, has been going by 'PG Tips' since the age of four. Sadly, it isn't due to his love of a good old-fashioned cuppa but because of his initials. It is reported that in the company of his closest of friends, he shortens it to just 'Tips'.
