Annie Kilner has been warned not to take back her cheating husband in light of his recent grovelling apology.

Manchester City ace Kyle, 33, opened up about his personal life in an interview over the weekend and is seemingly trying to win back the trust of his estranged wife Annie, who is currently pregnant with their fourth child together and due to give birth in a matter of weeks.

Annie, who met Kyle in Sheffield when she was just 15 and he was 17, is believed to have left him over the Christmas period before announcing their split earlier this month. The pregnant WAG called time on their relationship after discovering Kyle had fathered a second child with Instagram model Lauryn Goodman.

Kyle very publicly said sorry to Annie in an interview on Sunday, calling her his "soulmate" and admitting he was to blame for what happened. But the England international also said some savage things about Lauryn, claiming they were never in an emotional relationship despite welcoming two children into the world together - something Lauryn strongly disputes.

In addition to slamming Kyle for sharing his sob story with The Sun, many social media users have also taken to the internet to plead with Annie and warn her not to forgive Kyle amid his latest betrayal. Writing on Twitter (X) on Monday, one fan declared: "The interview with Kyle Walker is horrific. Annie needs to take him to the cleaners."

Another felt for pregnant Annie as they tweeted: "A lot of people with pitchforks out for Kyle Walker this morning. Yes he’s been a silly boy. My heart goes out to Annie, I really feel for her but it’s their business. He’s not the first & won't be the last & there’s children & a very hurt woman in middle of this."

Commenting on one of Annie's Instagram posts from last year, one fan warned: "You took him back despite him publicly humiliating you with this woman. Don't repeat. Get rid and take care of you and your beautiful babies now." Another added: "Hey gorgeous girlie please don't ever take him back. Please remember how he makes you feel and how he will never change. You are so special and such a good mother. You should be with a man who looks after you mentally as well as physically."

Following Kyle's bombshell interview, Lauryn hit back at her baby daddy's claim their dalliances never went further than sex and accused the sports star of using his wealth and status to manipulate the truth. The mum-of-two's spokesperson said of Kyle's interview: "While she does not want to get into the details of everything he has said at this stage, she is disappointed by his deluded version of events - which is dramatically different to her own recollection of their long-standing, intimate, loving and affectionate relationship.

"Having read back through many years of messages sent between them to assure herself that her memory is accurate, she is confused as to how he has seemingly forgotten their many highly personal conversations and memories made with their children as a family." Lauryn's representative continued to claim that Kyle's public account of events is "not the reality". They accused the footballer of using his "wealth and influence" to hire a top PR firm and "conduct interviews depicting a narrative which is simply untrue."

Annie, who is expecting her fourth baby with Kyle, hasn't yet said anything about his interview. The pregnant WAG announced her split from Kyle on her Instagram Stories on 10th January, telling her fans: "I am posting this in response to growing recent media enquiries about my marriage to Kyle and in an effort to protect my family against the intensity of the media spotlight."

She said: "Sadly, after many years of marriage and three wonderful children together; I have decided to take some time away from Kyle. I do not wish to comment on the position any further. For now, I ask that the privacy of myself and our three young children is respected during this difficult time."
