Strictly Come Dancing winners Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola won over the nation's hearts with their incredible skills and undeniable chemistry.
The Coronation Street star and the professional dancer have been battling romance rumours since they were paired on Strictly many months ago thanks to their chemistry and tendency to be "touchy-feely". After spending some time apart for the festive period, the duo recently reunited and further fuelled the relationship rumours with a sweet video.
They were seen cuddling backstage in a clip shared on social media. The video captures ex-Coronation Street actress Ellie and her professional dance partner Vito expressing affection for each other. At one point, Vito jokingly wrapped his leg around her waist as he hugged her and thanked her for giving him a present. Vito and Ellie recently denied the dating rumours but have spent a lot of time sharing sweet tributes about each other and speaking highly of each other in interviews.

After winning the series, Ellie paid tribute to her dance partner and friend Vito. She said: "Words cannot describe how I am feeling right now and I cannot believe we have just won Strictly Come Dancing 2023. It’s been a life-changing opportunity and I’ve had the time of my life dancing with Vito every week.
“It has been so special and to be able to do it with such a great teacher has made it an experience I will never forget. Thank you so much for that, Vito, and thank you for finding the dancer in me. We couldn’t have won without the voting public, so a huge thank you to everyone at home who picked up the phone for us, we appreciate every single one of you!

Ellie and Vito recently discussed the rumours on This Morning (PA)“Finally, a big congratulations to all the finalists and all the 2023 cast, who are incredible and came alongside this journey with me.” Vito also had a few gushing words to say about Ellie. He said: "This is unbelievable, thank you so much to everyone who voted for us, we love you and it means the world to us!
“Ellie, my Lulu, I am so, so proud of you. I have seen how hard you have worked, the dedication and determination you have shown, and how much you have grown as a person these past three months. We’ve had the best time dancing together and I’ve enjoyed every second of it!
“Thank you for being the best dance partner and thank you to everyone who has supported us each week and voted for us!" On December 18, they made an appearance on This Morning where they were asked if the romance rumours were true.
Ellie said: "Honestly we’ve just been having the most amazing time dancing. We’ve built a really strong bond and a friendship that will last forever.” Vito added: “I wanted to say the word bond. We had a good bond. You see a person and connect with the person straight away.
"I’m a first impression person and when we met, straight away we had this feeling that we’ve known each other a long time.” Facing Ellie, he then said: "I’m so, so lucky to have you." Host Craig Doyle claimed there was "100 per cent" a romance between them and the duo giggled before saying: "No, no!"
