Jacob Elordi admits feeling 'excited' by infamous Saltburn bathtub scene
Jacob Elordi has revealed the Saltburn bathtub scene involving Barry Keoghan left him "excited".
The movie, written by actress Emerald Fennell has sent shockwaves across the globe and set social media alight following its release. Having since been released onto Amazon Prime, the hit film has found a new fanbase, while some were left disgusted over the infamous scene.
Saltburn focuses on Oxford University scholarship holder Oliver Quick (Barry Keoghan) and his best friend Felix Catton (Elordi). Throughout the movie, Oliver struggles to fit in with his wealthy peers before becoming infatuated with Felix. However, Oliver's feelings for his university pal rapidly intensify throughout the movie.
Felix is seen pleasuring himself in the bath of his luxury home before hopping out after finishing washing and his moment of pleasure, with Oliver watching on. Moments later, Oliver dives into the bathtub and instantly begins slurping up the water and Felix's bodily fluids, leaving some fans completely speechless.
While some were disgusted by this, lead actor Jacob, 26, has revealed it left him feeling more than happy. Speaking to Stream Wars, he said: "I was just really excited when I read that scene because you don't really see things like that in mainstream movies a lot of the time.

Discussing the reaction from a crowd after attending a screening in Brisbane, Jacob added: "It was unbelievable because everybody was engaged and sort of gasping at the screen and yelling at the screen and everything like that. And I haven’t been in a movie like that in a really, really long time."
Speaking previously he told Variety: "I was like, 'Thank God, it's mine', I was very proud, I was very proud to have Barry Keoghan guzzling it like that." Elsewhere, viewers saw Barry's character have sex with Felix's grave, a scene that was completely unscripted he has since revealed.
In a chat with Entertainment Weekly, writer Emerald said: "I spoke to Barry in the morning. And I just said, 'I don't know, Barry. I think that he would... Unzip' and Barry just said 'Yup'." Barry continued: "She plants seeds, Emerald, you know what I mean? She knows that they're going to grow, these seeds, especially when she plants them with me. But it is a testament to Emerald having that idea and me meeting it with... To be honest, no questions. I was totally on board for it."
