A cat owner has left people on the internet baffled after posting a video of her Christmas tree, which doubled as an optical illusion.

Showing off the impressive tree, decorated in white and silver with oversized satin bows and baubles of varying sizes, the cat owner asked people online to spot her furry friend completely camouflaged inside. But you have to find the feline hiding in the Christmas tree before the ornament falls off - as that is a big giveaway.

If you spot the cat in less than nine seconds, then you may well have laser-sharp vision. You will need to keep your eyes trained on the screen but probably set a quick timer to see if you complete the challenge in time.

Noticing the shaking of her tree, the cat owner, known as , who had artistically decorated her Christmas tree, recorded the moment and shared it with her followers captioning the TikTok video “spot the cat.”

You will probably get distracted by the ornaments on the tree shaking but it’s important to stay focused as the black cat is hidden in the most unexpected place.

If you haven’t spotted the cat yet here is a hint: Take a closer look at the center of the Christmas tree. The video has since also captured the attention of many people who were impressed by the way the tree was decorated. One commenter said “Silly kitty!” after watching an ornament fall to the ground.

Look away now if you want to figure it out yourself but here is the answer. Amongst the decorations in the middle of the tree is the cat, if you spotted the feline in nine seconds then your observational skills are off the charts.

Meanwhile, there is another cat puzzle that has left people's brains hurting as only those with perfect sight will be able to spot the scared mouse hiding from the cat. The image shows a cat looking towards a pile of logs looking for the rodent hiding among the logs.

Whilst tricky to spot, the little mouse is definitely in the picture just not easy to spot. You can set your timer and then take it in turns with your family to see who can spot the mouse the quickest.
