Hugh Hefner 's widow has revealed what Chirstmas was like at the Playboy mannsion.

Crystal Hefner, 37, was married to the soft porn boss until he passed away in 2017, age 91 following complications with sepsis. Six years later, Crystal has started to move on with her life, but still gets sentimental about her romance with the nonogenarian during the festive period, putting up decorations and ornaments obtained during her marriage.

One of her most treasured decorations from her decade living with Hef is a lifesize Santa Claus that he bought her from a shop in Brentwood, California. She also displays some flirty dancing girls in Christmas dresses which were among the decorations she bought to revamp the house's "dated" decorations.

She told the Mail Online : "Hef loved everything fantasy and it helped fill the house with Christmas cheer. Everything was decorated and Candy Canes lined up the driveway mansion as you drive up. I remember I got like this giant inflatable Rudolph, and I put it in the front lawn.

"When I put up like the Santa and the other decorations, I do think of the mansion, and when they were in the mansion. I do think about my friends, and it was fun like taking pictures of everything."

Crystal's parents were regular visitors during the festive season, and she adds that it was the one time of year that it felt "normal" to live at the sprawling compound.

But any normalcy went out of the window when it came to gifts. Crystal said that she would always look for the most unique gifts for Hef - incluing a portrait made from recycled materials and a backgammon board embellished with her kiss print - but he would give her items which could be described as promotional tat.

She said: "I would get him super unique gifts like a globe. But on the globe, I put like everywhere in the world there was a Playboy club. I pointed out Casablanca, his favorite movie like on the map.

"[Actually] first few years I was there, he, you know he would get me like Playboy things. He did get me a like a playmate necklace the bunny necklace that one had diamonds.

"Yeah, I think he gave me a gold bunny head that had a ruby on the for the eye. I have kept some of these things but some of them I honestly gave away to fans like some of them."

Crystal previously revealed that Hugh made her eat the same dinner every night, "always chicken soup with cream cheese", and be ready for group sex from 6pm.

Describing their first night as "unremarkable", the 37-year-old admitted she found the group sex "embarrassing". While she can't remember the exact number of people they'd have in bed at one time, she said it was definitely "a lot".

She added: "Nobody really wanted to be there but I think in Hef's mind, he still thought he was in his 40s, and those nights, the people, the mansion, solidified that idea. He felt, 'I've still got it'."

Crystal also said Hugh took so much Viagra that he lost his hearing on one side, which is a recognised side effect of the drug. She claimed he would rather be deaf and still be able to have sex than unable to perform.
