Lioness Millie Bright engaged in romantic Christmas proposal on tropical holiday
Lioness footballer Millie Bright got the ultimate gift this Christmas - a future husband.
The 30-year-old professional player is now engaged to life coach Levi Crew after more than three years of dating. The England player was absolutely beaming after her hunky other half got down on one knee during a sun-soaked festive trips to the Mauritius Islands.
Millie was stunned when Levi asked if she would marry him - and admits she was initially dumbstruck by the proposal. However, once she composed herself, she was more than thrilled to agree and is now looking forward to spending her life with Levi.
Taking to social media on Christmas Day, the star player shared a string of photos of herself posing with Levi - and the very noticeable engagement ring on her finger. Sharing the snaps on Instagram, the defender wrote: “Little did I think this would be the most beautiful Christmas in my entire life…I said YES after the shock had settled and Levi reminded me yes or no.”

Images showed Millie and Levi standing together while both flashing beaming smiles and Millie was holding her hand up to the camera. Wearing a black and white striped knit dress, Millie was glowing in the light of her engagement ring. While Levi, dressed in a black shirt, looked thrilled that she had said yes.
Further snaps showed Millie celebrating with a cocktail while continuing to smile as she sat at a table. And another photo showed Levi affectionately holding her hand - with the dazzling engagement ring on show for all to see.
Millie and Levi have kept their romance reasonably under the radar, but the footballer has let it be known she refers to her now fiancé as her “king”. She also has a tattoo of Levi’s eye on her let forearm - alongside a tiger.
She previously explained to The Sun: “It’s my partner’s eye and half a tiger, my core strength with me through thick and thin.” The duo started dating back in 2020, with the pandemic throwing an early problem into their relationship, and keeping them at a long-distance.
But Levi then moved to Surrey where they now live as a couple. They own two French bulldogs together who are named Zeus and Hera and they occasionally share rare snaps of their romantic life together online.
