Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner determine who the kids will spend Christmas with

Sophie Turner will have her two kids - Delphine and Willia - who she shares with ex-husband Joe Jonas over Christmas and New Year's according to a new agreement.

The Sansa Stark actress split from Joe in September, and the former couple confirmed the separation in a statement on social media. However, the split soon turned ugly with Sophie and Joe battling it out in court over custody of their two daughters after the singer filed for divorce.

Now, in accordance in an agreement obtained by Page Six, Sophie will have custody of their kids over the Christmas period and into January 2024. Joe and Sophie approved that Willa and Delphine would spend Thanksgiving with their dad and Christmas with their mom.

The exes, who went through a bitter divorce and custody battle this year, were seen putting their differences aside as they met up overseas with their kids ahead of Christmas. As Sophie recently publicly entered a new relationship with British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson there could be an added layer of tension between them as the pair navigate the holidays together for the first time since their messy breakup.

Body language expert Judi James analyzed the snaps of Sophie and Joe reuniting with signs suggesting that the parents could be coming to the difficult meet-up from two "very different states." Judi told The Mirror: "They might be in the same place at the same time and they are clearly planning to brace themselves to act as responsible grown-ups and put any negative emotions or bitterness aside to create a united front for their children over Xmas."

The Game of Thrones actress, 27, stepped out with her boyfriend Peregrine Pearson just weeks before being spotted with Joe and their kids. It follows news she is currently in the process of a divorce with her estranged husband Joe Jonas. Sophie was spotted sharing a passionate kiss with the media empire heir.

Peregrine, who has a family net worth of £224million, was first spotted kissing Sophie back in October. The pair sparked speculation Sophie had moved on following her public break-up with Jonas Brother singer Joe, 34.
