Dancing on Ice judge Oti Mabuse has given birth to her first child following her "miracle pregnancy".

The 33-year-old professional dancer has shared the happy news with her followers. The former Strictly Come Dancing star took to Instagram to share a sweet snap with her husband Marius Lepure, 40, and the latest addition to their family.

She wrote: "Merry Christmas. Wishing you all a wonderful festive season and special memories with loved ones." Oti, Marius and their Christmas baby were all wearing matching festive pyjamas while their gorgeous dog looked on.

Motsi Mabuse, Oti's sister and Strictly judge, congratulated the happy couple on the arrival of her new niece or nephew. She shared the same photo of Oti, Marius and their baby and wrote: "Congratulations [balloon and party popper emoji] Merry Christmas." She also tagged her sister and brother-in-law.

Oti's famous pals and members of the Strictly extended family also rushed to congratulate the couple. Comedian Katherine Ryan commented: "HELLO WELCOME BABY," while this year's Glitterball champion Ellie Leach said: "Congratulations!!!!!!!"

Oti previously revealed that they had been "trying to conceive for a while". The new mum first shared her pregnancy news live on ITV's Oti Mabuse's Breakfast Show last month. Hugging her husband, Oti told viewers the couple had been "holding in some good news".

With a smile a mile-wide, she said: "Speaking of things that you didn't know at home, we have a little something for all of you, we've been holding some good news. We're having a baby!" She went on to say her "beautiful journey" is "nearly over", joking that " Christmas is about to get even louder".

Oti had told her Instagram followers: "Our 'yes' year is getting better and better and so is our little family. We feel finally ready and excited to share our wonderful news. This is new for us scarier than swimming with sharks, jumping off cliffs or even swinging from bridges but the best news we could have ever ask for."

Oti also shared the sweet moment she told her sister Motsi she was pregnant. She shared a montage of clips telling her friends and family about her pregnancy, with older sister and Strictly judge Motsi struggling to hide her emotion. The video also showed the dancer's other sibling, Phemelo, jumping up and down with delight before breaking down in tears.

Captioning the post, in which Oti's husband Marius holds up the couple's positive pregnancy test for the camera, the dancer explained she kept their baby news secret for many months as the first two trimesters can be "super super challenging". Oti added that she and Marius had stopped trying to conceive before she fell pregnant because "it all just got too much".

Sharing a clip of the moment she shared the news with a pal on her Instagram Stories, revealing her blossoming bump, she said: "My friend @takkies7 asked me to test because I was drinking coffee and I don't drink coffee. We had been trying for a while and decided to stop (it all just got too much) and just live life as us two as nothing was happening. We enjoyed each other's company dinners, concerts, parties just simply removed the all pressure and here we are!"

Throughout her pregnancy, Oti admitted it made her feel "so sexy" and overwhelmingly "confident". Showing off her ever-growing baby bump, Oti stunned in a sleek white dress and a flawless face of make-up. Alongside the post, she wrote: "I always assumed when I got pregnant I'd feel down, heavy, slow, pigmentation everywhere, bloated feet and bloated nose but what I've actually found is that for the first time in my life I feel so uber confident, so unapologetically 'me', so sexy (whattttt ) and really happy and grateful to be able to live a healthy happy life.

"To work and my hormones are happy ones with not long to go. Yes, at times it's hard to get out of bed or walk or stand up fast but the rest of it… is hella sexy and totally worth it." However, Oti revealed she had been dealing with a condition called Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD). SPD is a condition that causes stiffness of the pelvic joints caused by pregnancy. It doesn't affect the unborn child, but it can be painful for the expectant mother.

Oti decided to step away from Strictly after seven years and two wins on the show in 2022. The dancer went on to become a judge on Dancing On Ice and also hosted her own dating show Romeo & Duet.
