We've all had mortifying moments slipping over on snow and ice, but how many of them have been caught on camera?

Falling over on ice can be dangerous, and it can also leave you feeling red-faced, but if you do it with no one around you can almost pretend it didn't happen. Unfortunately 51-year-old Wayne Probert didn't have that luxury, as he was captured on a Ring video doorbell camera falling dramatically into a nearby fence.

Walking off as if nothing happened, it wasn't until his pal Peter Sargeson watched the footage back he saw Wayne's ordeal.

Ring doorbells are a great way for homeowners to keep their properties secure by seeing who is approaching their house, as well as speaking to people at the door when they aren't in. It's also a great way to catch people doing hilarious things on camera, and Wayne's blunder certainly left his mate Peter shocked.

He thought he got away with no one noticing as he decked it on his way out from Peter's house in Doncaster. In the clip, shared online, you can see the snow and ice on the drive as Wayne slips up and slides along the ground. Although it looked like a pretty nasty fall, luckily Wayne didn't walk away with any injuries.

Peter later shared the hilarious video on TikTok (@ponderandprocrastinate) where the video has racked up thousands of views, and people couldn't believe Wayne's dramatic fall with some thinking he was running off.

"The way he casually gets up and carries on," one person jibed, while another added: "I flinched when he went down, walk on the grass!" A third claimed: "I thought he started running."

Another Ring doorbell owner shared the moment an honest couple knocked on his door returning £180 in cash that he had dropped just moments before. The heartwarming young couple knocked on his door just moments after he returned home from the shops.

Paul Lyon, from St Helens, Merseyside, visited his local shop where he decided to get some cash out. Returning home with his shopping, he'd been back just 30 seconds when there was a knock on his front door. Not expecting visitors, Paul was surprised to find a young couple there who asked him one question. They asked if he'd dropped any money as they'd just found £180.

As he checked the video doorbell to see where he'd dropped the money, he saw the couple walking behind him and followed him to tell him he'd dropped the cash.
