Demi Lovato is engaged to Jordan 'Jutes' Lutes as singer shows off huge ring

Demi Lovato has revealed she is happily engaged and showed off her stunning ring.

The singer, 31, has accepted Jordan "Jutes" Lutes' marriage proposal just over a year after the pair went public with their relationship. The happy couple were snapped beaming at each other as news of their engagement broke, with the huge pear-shaped ring on full show.

The images showed the pair gazing at each other as they flashed huge smiles. Both were pictured wearing all black outfits, with Demi also opting for black nail varnish as the ring took main focus.

The images, obtained by PEOPLE, confirmed their commitment too each other and a source told the publication Jutes opted for a "personal and intimate proposal". They described how he popped the question and gave the singer a bespoke pear-shape diamond solitaire engagement ring created by New York City luxury jewellery boutique, Material Good.

The pair first announced their relationship to the world in August 2022. In a recent chat on the Jennifer Hudson Show, Demi opened up on their initial meet.

"We met in the studio and he actually helped cowrite one of my singles, 'Substance,' and a few songs off my last album. We worked really well together and we're also just super in love."

She continued: "It's amazing to find someone that you just laugh with and that you get to make music with. It's just so special."

It's not the only time she gushed over the romance, previously opening up to SiriusXM's The Morning Mashup about about how the pair are "friends first and foremost".

Earlier this year, Demi revealed she is in a "really good place". Speaking to CBS Mornings she said: ""I don't know what I'm going to write about on my next album because I'm so happy. It is a really good feeling ... definitely a bunch of sappy love songs — for sure."
