Apple TV+ has finally dropped the new season of its hit spy series, Slow Horses. The dark-comedy returned to the platform on Wednesday (November 29) for its third outing, with Gary Oldman back in the saddle as Slow Horses patriarch Jackson Lamb.

The espionage drama follows a dysfunctional team of British spies who serve in the MI5 dumping ground of Slough House due to their career-ending mistakes. It has received widespread acclaim across its first two seasons and has earned several BAFTA TV Award nominations, including Oldman’s first for Best Lead Actor.

The series is adapted from Mick Herron’s award-winning spy series Slough House, with season three based on the third novel, Real Tigers. In addition to the upcoming season, Apple TV+ has already announced a fourth season, set to be adapted from the fourth novel, Spook Street.
