Arsenal owner Stan Kroenke has an equally impressive property portfolio as his sports team empire, which includes the likes of Premier League outfit Arsenal, the NFL's Los Angeles Rams, and current NBA champions, the Denver Nuggets.

The American businessman, who is worth an astonishing £12 billion, owns a £500 million ranch, which covers around 535,000 acres. Purchased back in 2016, the ranch is so large you could fit the entire cities of New York and Los Angeles within its borders.

Thousands of cattle, hundreds of horses, over 30,000 acres of farmland, and oil wells reside on the land. "This is an incredible opportunity and an even greater responsibility," Kroenke said on the land. "We are honoured to assume ownership of the Waggoner – a true Texas and American landmark – and are deeply committed to continuing the proud legacy of W.T. 'Tom' Waggoner, his family and his descendants.

"Our gratitude to them and to the many parties involved in this process is immense. We will continue to preserve and protect this uniquely American treasure."

Another property of Kroneke's, an incredible £8 million Malibu mansion, ties the Arsenal owner to the late Princess Diana. The beachside five-bedroom home overlooks Paradise Cove and used to be owned by Princess Diana's partner Dodi Fayed. Princess Diana was set to move into the home before her tragic death alongside Fayed in Paris in 1997.

The mansion comes with a gorgeous swimming pool and deck, as well as a number of stunning outside patio areas. It also has six bathrooms, three reception rooms and a large kitchen.

Arsenal has started to see consistent investment in its squad in recent years, with the football club the only sports team under Kroenke's ownership not to win a league title. Under Mikel Arteta, Kroenke and Co. have signed off on north of £600 million in player transfers.

Arsenal came close to winning the Premier League in the 2022/23 season, leading Manchester City for the majority of the campaign, only to fall at the final hurdle.

To avoid the same fate, Arsenal, again, were among the highest spenders in Europe, with Declan Rice for £105 million being the main signing. They sit third in the Premier League, level on points with second-place Liverpool, and one behind leaders City.

Despite consistent spending, Kroenke has had January's transfer plans laid out for him by ex-Arsenal players.

Sol Campbell exclusively told Mirror Football that the Gunners need to sign a top striker if they're to break City's dominance.

Former midfielder and Invincible, Gilberto Silva, revealed the club is looking at midfielders, with Thomas Partey proving unreliable in his bid to stay injury-free.

"I heard that they were maybe looking for some midfielders especially because of Partey being injured at times," Silva told Mirror Football at the Web Summit in Lisbon.
