I'm A Celeb's Danielle Harold left silenced after awkward Nigel Farage run-in

I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! took an awkward turn on Thursday night.

During the episode, EastEnders star Danielle Harold accidentally got a glimpse of Nigel Farage's bottom and described it as "the weirdest feeling". In the camp, Farage, 59, had a bath while Danielle walked past and caught sight of his bare bottom as he got out of the tub, saying to herself: "That’s a sight… for sore eyes!"

Danielle, 31, then bumped into Josie Gibson, who also received quite the shock when she spotted a naked Farage in the jungle shower earlier this week, as she said: "I just saw something I never thought I’d see: Nigel’s bare a**e!"

Josie, 38, laughed and replied: "I seen it on the first day! Considering he’s nearly 60 it ain’t too bad" to which Danielle replied: "He looks good doesn’t he? Nice little bum." Standing together, Josie and Danielle said in sync: "Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No… it’s Nigel Farage’s a**e!"

Danielle then went in the Bush Telegraph and admitted: "It was the weirdest feeling seeing Nigel Farage’s a**e first thing in the morning. I didn’t know what it was, a tiny gap through the trees, I was like, 'What’s that animal… oh….oh...'"

Back in the jungle, Danielle then did a Sir David Attenborough impression and commented: "Here we have Nigel Farage, politician, in his natural habitat." Josie joined in with the impression: "Long gone are the days of Brexit. He now just dwindles in the bush." Josie added: "He ain’t shy, is he?"

Later, Josie then told Farage: "We’ve all had a peek at your bottom" to which Farage asked: "Is that right? It’s not too bad is it?" with Josie adding: "It’s not too bad Nige. I tell you what, it’s not too bad!"

Farage has often been in the 'rear' or 'behind' when it comes to general elections. The serial loser stood for election to the House of Commons seven times, in five general elections and two by-elections, but is yet to win. These include defeats in the election in Eastleigh in 1994, Salisbury (1997), Bexhill and Battle (2001), South Thanet (2005), Buckingham (2010) and finally South Thanet again in 2015, when he narrowly lost out and managed 32% of the vote.
