Unboxing the PrettyLittleThing beauty advent calendar worth nearly £200

Some of this year's most popular beauty advent calendars have already sold out, including Space NK, No7 and LookFantastic. But with December just days away, there are still plenty of fab festive hauls to choose from - and many have even been given a Black Friday discount.

A number of retailers have slashed the price of their Christmas countdowns as advent creeps closer. Some of these beauty-filled advents are worth hundreds of pounds, and when the prices are knocked down further, it makes the savings even better.

What’s more is that Martin Lewis’ Money Saving Experts suggest splitting them up as gifts or stocking fillers, to make your money go even further. Their blog tells shoppers: “Beauty Advent calendars are significantly pricier than chocolate ones, but they've become increasingly popular in the last few years as a way of bagging beauty products at a fraction of the normal cost. They often sell out early, but can also be heavily discounted later if they don't.

“While they’re marketed as Advent calendars, even if you’re not intending to open them day-by-day, they can be worth it to get products for much cheaper than you'd normally buy them for separately. They're also great for dividing up as gifts for multiple friends/family members in hampers for Christmas or as birthday gifts throughout the year.”

Here are six eauty advent calendars that have been reduced this weekend - and with so many already selling out, we recommend getting the one you really want before it's too late.
