Rochelle Humes left speechless as Marvin sings to Jamie Lynn Spears in the bath

This Morning presenter Rochelle Humes was left stunned by her husband Marvin's actions on ITV's I'm A Celebrity.

Marvin, one of the members of the boyband JLS, is one of the 10 new stars battling it out in the Australian jungle to be crowned King or Queen. The singer and his fellow campmates were seen comforting US actress and singer Jamie Lynn Spears as she became emotional on day two, admitting that she was tired and missed her children.

Earlier in the show, viewers saw Jamie Lynn, Britney Spears' sister and star of Nickelodeon's Zoey 101, fighting back tears as she opened up to First Dates star Fred Sirieix about her relationship with her famous sister Britney and the rest of her family.

The show took an unexpected turn when Fred suggested Marvin serenade her with a song while she was in the bath. Marvin sang Mario's Let Me Love You as Fred, Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson, YouTuber Nella Rose and Eastenders actress Danielle Howard danced alongside.

She made a joke about him 'serenading' another woman (No credit)

Rochelle shared her surprise on Instagram after watching the scene. She had just returned from the London premiere of Disney's new film Wish, in which she makes a cameo. Filming her TV screen showing Marvin singing to Jamie Lynn in the bath, Rochelle asked: "Sorry, but I've just got in from work and... is my husband singing to another woman in the bath? Is that a thing? Is he actually serenading someone?"

She jokingly criticised Marvin, saying: "I don't think he's ever sung for me in the bath." But noticing that Jamie Lynn looked uncomfortable, Rochelle added: "I actually feel a bit sorry or her, she was trying to relax." I'm A Celeb viewers, on the other hand, found the unusual scene 'hilarious'.

Even hosts Ant and Dec were puzzled by it, with Ant comparing it to a Renaissance painting. One fan summed up the moment on X, formerly Twitter, writing: "Day 2 - Britney Spears sister is in a bath being serenaded by JLS member Marvin with Fred Sirieix dancing.. Couldn't make it up."

One viewer shared: "Zoey 101 being serenaded in a bathtub by JLS, Sam Thompson, Fred Sirieix, Nella Rose and Lola from Eastenders was not on my 2023 bingo card but I'm here for it, truly iconic TV." Another fan chimed in: "Jamie Lynn in the bath is every mother trying to have a bath in peace and quiet and all you children, husband and cats turn up to tell you their life story."

Before heading into the jungle, Marvin revealed how his family reacted to his decision to join the reality show. He told the Mirror that he found an emotional note hidden in his suitcase from his three kids – Alaia-Mai, 10, Valentina, six, and three year old Blake.

"It said how much they loved me and told me how proud of me they are," he shared. "My 10-year-old [Alaia-Mai] said, 'Daddy, I'm so proud of you conquering your fears, just don't say no to anything and do your best.' That's from my 10-year-old. You know, so, so sweet that she's telling me to conquer my fears and get stuck in. I just want to make them proud."

He added: "My 10-year-old said to Rochelle that she doesn't like going on roller coasters. And when we left she said: 'Daddy because you're doing this and conquering your fear, when you get out, I want to conquer my fear and I want to go on a roller coaster with you'."

Marvin also shared that Rochelle thought he was 'nuts' for considering it. "When I first told Rochelle, she thought I was doing a prank on her. She thought I was nuts and she still can't believe I'm doing it!" he said. Marvin added: "This is the most daring thing I have ever done and I have never challenged myself this way before. It's one million percent harder than performing on stage and I woke up with knots in my stomach this morning thinking about it." He continued: "But this programme has been on my bucket list for years. It's the first time I've been asked to do it so I jumped at the opportunity."
