Katie Price fans fear she looks 'in pain' as she poses next to daughter Princess
Katie Price is as known for her plastic surgery procedures as she is for being one of the highest paid glamour models in the UK.
But after he recent social media post, the 45 year old mum of five has left fans fearing that she has gone a step too far as she looked "in pain." Standing next to her daughter Princess, both ladies were glammed up as they smiled for the camera. However, Katie's face appeared a little more taut than usual, leaving many thinking that she looked in pain.
Taking to Instagram, one fan said: "Katie looks in pain. She was such a beautiful girl. I pray Princess stays natural." Another person said: "What's up with Katie face?" Continuing the concern, a third person said: "She's got a poorly face you mean. Time to give up posting and move on."

However, others defended Katie and complimented her underneath the star's post. One sweet fan told Katie in the comments: "Princess is stunning. You have done a great job Katie, all you have been through and you are still standing. You haven't been given enough credit."
Over the years Katie has made no secret of the amount of work she has had done. The star, who was better known as Jordan as a glamour model, had her first procedure at the age of 18. After avoiding another court appearance after her bankruptcy hearing was postponed earlier this year, the TV personality treated herself to a new pout.

Taking to Instagram showing off before and after pictures she told her followers: "You're probably thinking 'what is she doing?' The day has come for lips and Botox. And I hate needles that much - I've got my own pot because Ellie can't tell me off then and I've smothered my face. This is the 'before'."
Showing off the after pictures, she added: " Butterfly lips - dissolve and refill in one session. Absolutely loving my lips." Katie has always been known for having a large bust following 12 boob jobs over the last 25 years. The star went from a 32B to a 32C back in 1998, as she burst on to the scene in the glamour modelling industry.
Back in February, Katie revealed that one of her latest boob jobs came about after a botched job in Turkey. At the time she told The Sun: "I had my boobs done in Turkey and they looked deformed, they were absolutely awful. That's the first time I've gone to a different surgeon. I had to go back to Frank with my head down, ashamed that I'd been to another clinic. His first words were: 'What the f*** have they done?' He had to correct them for me."
Katie once joked that she plans to take her silicone implants with her when she dies. Speaking on the That's After Life! podcast, she was asked about what she hoped to take with her to the 'after life'. In response she said: "Do you know what in years to come when I'm dug up, they will see that my silicones are the only thing that haven't rotten away!"
