Strictly Come Dancing viewers fume 'how on earth' as dramatic spoiler leaks

Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left reeling after a leaked spoiler has revealed who was in the bottom two after Blackpool week.

The result of a dance-off between two pairings won't officially be announced until Sunday night, but the fate of one couple has already been decided. The BBC film the dreaded dance-off straight after Saturday night's live show but keep the results under wraps for 24 hours.

Every Saturday, the identity of the axed pairings has been leaked online since 2012 – much to the dismay of the Strictly team and judge Anton Du Beke, who last year suggested it is "ruining" the show for fans. Yet this week was no different as the name of the celebrity leaving this weekend was leaked online, which the Mirror has decided not to share.

Following the leaking of the eighth elimination of the series, fans took to social media to express their frustration. One person said: "I'm absolutely fuming who was in the dance off!", while a different account put: "How on EARTH!" Meanwhile, a third posted: "I'm horrified!"
