Mystery over 'cryptic call' as woman vanishes on yoga retreat & yogis won't help
Mystery surrounds a cryptic call after a woman suddenly vanished while on a yoga retreat - with other yogis staying silent and refusing to help.
The FBI is now investigating the disappearance of Nancy Ng, 29, who has been missing for over two weeks after she vanished on Lake Atitlan in Guatemala. Her family has said they received a strange, vague and almost cryptic call from the organiser of the retreat she was on at the time, informing them of her disappearance.
Nancy’s brother Jonathan Ng told NBC: "We don’t really know exactly what happened. The witnesses that were able to see what happened have not been extremely communicative."
Fellow participants on the retreat have disturbingly refused to help and remained silent for weeks, in a chilling mystery. The family last heard from Nancy, who hails from Monterey Park in California, on October 19, when her disappearance sparked an initial search after the mysterious call, but the Guatemalan Navy called it off after 27 hours.

Due to the lack of this imperative information, the search is now subject to investigation by local Prosecution Authorities, the FBI, and the U.S. Department of State."

Nancy's heartbroken sister speaks to TV channels (NBC News)The strange incident is now " becoming a criminal investigation," according to the owner of Black Wolf Helicopters Chris Shares. He told ABC7: "For me, this is now becoming a criminal investigation because the witnesses who were there at a material time are not being forthcoming."
Nancy's family were not even given an exact location of where was last seen kayaking in Lake Atitlán and Mr Shares told reporters is not even able to confirm she was ever in the water.
