My daughter loves every product in the Soap & Glory 2023 beauty advent calendar
With only 49 days to go it's definitely about that time to start thinking about all things Christmas, including gifts and festive treats for oneself, because why not?

I opened every box and as I opened each one, my 11-year-daughter dived into to every product with nothing but excitement and complete joy.

Scientifically proven to hydrate the skin for 72 hours – this velvety butter melts to quench even the driest, most dehydrated skin, and I can confirm that it feels silky smooth and nourishing on the skin. Next we went for day 12 - The Scrub Of Your Life Body Scrub 200ml, £6.99, and what we noticed as soon as we removed it from the box was how good it smelt. I lathered a small amount onto the back of my hand, and as someone who has used their fair share of body scrubs, I was delighted to discover that the grains were super fine and left the skin feeling smooth, soft and smelling gorgeous thanks to the Original Pink™ floral fragrance.
The scrub works well when used with the Righteous Body Butter which can be applied straight after. Best of all, it's dermatologically tested and suitable for skin types.

Day 8 (and one that my daughter claimed right away) brought us the Clean On Me Hydrating Body Wash 75ml, £2.99 - the creamy clarifying shower gel includes a built in body lotion and a rich and creamy lather that leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth, not to mention a little goes a long way! And best of all my daughter has never smelt so good thanks to the fruity floral cult classic fragrance.
We followed with day 13 - The Fab Pore Biodegradable Pore-Refining Sheet Mask, £2.99 for oily/combination skin. The mask is said to effectively de-clog pores and remove dirt, impurities and excess oil for instant smoother skin and visibly smaller pores. Having used the product just once I couldn't say if any of this was the case, but what I can confirm is that it definitely left my skin looking and feeling fresh, clean and smooth.

We of course opened all the boxes and absolutely nothing disappointed; my 11-year-old opened every single product with glee and what was apparent was that every single one felt good on the skin and smelt nothing short of amazing.

At 42, the Soap & Glory It's A Pinker Wonderland™ 24-Day Advent Calendar wouldn't necessarily be one I'd go for, but if you love strong floral, fruity sweet scents then this beauty advent calendar is definitely a fantastic option. With a mixture of full size and miniature products you get to use them when at home and on your travels too.
If my daughter is anything to go by, it's definitely the perfect beauty advent calendar for tweens and teens; and if you've got several kids or nieces, why not mix them up to give as gifts? At less than half the price of what it's worth, it's definitely worth getting your hands on.
