Arsenal star Rice responds to West Ham boos as Arteta sent warning
Arsenal will be aiming to go top of the Premier League over the weekend as they take on Newcastle.
The Gunners are undefeated after 10 games and could go top with victory over Eddie Howe’s men. While Mikel Arteta’s men have been in excellent form in the Premier League, the same cannot quite be said in the Carabao Cup.
Arsenal were eliminated by West Ham at the London Stadium after a 3-1 defeat. The visitors fell three goals behind before captain Martin Odegaard pulled a late consolation back.

Arteta sent Nketiah warning
Mikel Arteta has been warned that Arsenal will not win the Premier League should Eddie Nketiah be relied on to lead the line. Former Arsenal star Ray Parlour has told his former side to invest in another forward.
He said: "Eddie Nketiah has done really well for Arsenal, especially with that hat-trick against Sheffield United but Arsenal definitely need another striker.
"That’s nothing against Eddie, he’s been brilliant and has done a great job for Arsenal and I was really pleased for him to get that hat-trick, but Arsenal need more options. They haven’t got that right now and with Gabriel Jesus out injured that leaves them light in that department as well.”

Ramsdale “very frustrated”
Sticking with Parlour’s thoughts in his former side, he has claimed Aaron Ramsdale will be “very frustrated” as he returns to the bench as Arsenal’s back-up goalkeeper. He said: "Aaron Ramsdale started against West Ham but I don’t think Mikel Arteta will pick him against Newcastle, he’ll stick with David Raya.
"Aaron will be very frustrated. He’s been really good since he’s been at the club, he’s a big personality in the dressing room, which is important."
