Robert De Niro allegedly 'hurled expletives' at assistant while drunk
Robert De Niro's alleged actions to his former assistant have been hitting the headlines as she attempts to sue him for £9.9 million ($12million) for causing "severe emotional distress and reputational harm", with it now revealed that he allegedly called his assistant a "b**h"
Graham Chase Robinson filed a lawsuit over gender discrimination in 2019. Within the suit, she claims that during her employment with the Oscar-winning actor, she was called abusive names and shouted at. He vehemently denies being abusive.
She also claims to have been subject to a slew of unusual requests made by the famous actor. Graham also claims that he would call her while he was on the toilet and ask that she scratch his back.

Actor Robert De Niro appeared in court on October 30 (Getty Images)And now, according to court documents seen by The Mirror, De Niro allegedly "communicated in a hostile, abusive, and intimidating manner with Ms. Robinson." The documents also state that the actor allegedly "attacked her in gender terms, calling her a “b**ch” and a “brat”. De Niro responded: "I was never abusive, ever," though he admitted he may have used the word "b**ch" during conversations.

De Niro is also alleged to have called his female business partner a “c*nt” and referred to his executive assistants as “the girls”. The documents continue: "De Niro would unleash tirades against Ms. Robinson – often while he was intoxicated – in which he denigrated, berated, bullied, and hurled expletives at her.

He would joke with Ms. Robinson about his Viagra prescription. De Niro smirked to Ms. Robinson about his young paramour, who was around Ms. Robinson’s age," the document went on.
The complaint filed by the plaintiff also alleged: "De Niro directed Ms. Robinson to imagine him on the toilet. He told Ms. Robinson that doing manual labour would 'make a man out of you.' De Niro suggested that Ms. Robinson could get pregnant using sperm from her (married) male co-worker.”
The Killers of the Flower Moon star is countersuing Robinson and claiming that while on her $300,000 a year salary, she allegedly stole things from him, including five million airline points racked up hundreds of thousands of dollars on the company credit card for improper personal expenses, including meals and numerous Uber trips. Robinson reportedly "loafed during work hours, binge-watching astounding hours of TV shows on Netflix," the counterclaim, obtained by Business Insider states. De Niro is seeking the return of three years' salary.
