Tik-Tok approved hair tool that shoppers claim is 'better than Dyson' is on sale

Regular blow dry appointments at a salon can quickly add up, but if armed with a great hair tool, you can get a salon-worthy finish at home that will save you hundreds of pounds in weekly appointments.

Racking up over 20,000 five-star reviews on Amazon, the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumiser has been praised by fans for being the closest thing to a professional blow-out.

This nifty hot air brush was one of the best-sellers during Black Friday 2022, but shoppers won't have to wait until this year's official shopping bonanza on November, 24, to get it for less, as Currys have already reduced the tool down from £62.99 to £34.99 as part of their early sale.

The tool combines a hair dryer and a styling brush, designed to speed up the process of drying and styling without damaging your hair. It has a ceramic coating and ionic technology, which helps to distribute heat evenly to reduce frizz and make sure your locks are left healthy-looking and sleek.

Featuring three heat settings and two speed options, you can adjust the tool to suit your hair type, plus it has a clever 'cool shot' button, to lock in your blow-out and keep it looking shiny all day.

Shoppers have hailed the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumiser as their "new best friend" - and say it's a "total game-changer" when it comes to hair-styling.

One person claimed that using the tool has reduced their drying time by half, saying: "My hair feels silky soft with no frizz after using. It is so easy to use and it doesn't feel heavy or awkward."

Another said: "This machine is amazing - for the first time ever my hair looks smooth and professionally styled, I am so happy. It cuts down on time in the morning, causes less damage to my hair and I (for the first time) look like my hair is styled and well managed - wish I had purchased this years ago."

There are some users who say that the tool can feel a "bit heavy" after a while, but the 360° swivel cord should make this factor a little easier.

Air stylers grew in popularity after the launch of the Dyson Airwrap in 2018, and since then many brands have launched their own take on the tool. We compared the Dyson Airwrap to the Shark Flexstyle, but as each are priced at over £350, the Revlon device is a cheaper alternative - and many shoppers claim it's "much better" than more expensive counterparts.

For other more affordable air styling tools, the BaByliss Air Style 1000 is on offer at Boots for £49.99, originally £75, and the Remington Botanicals Rotating Air Styler is down from £59.99 to £44.99, also at Boots.

Currys isn't the only retailer that have discounted the Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumiser ahead of Black Friday - shoppers can find the teal version at Argos for £35 and the original colourway at Amazon for 39% off.
