Eminem’s child Stevie shares first relationship since coming out as non-binary
Eminem’s youngest child Stevie has gone public with their new romance after coming out as non-binary.
Back in 2021, the 22-year-old - who was born Whitney - announced in a video on TikTok that they were gender fluid, and would alternate between using the pronouns he, she and they. During a recent appearance on their sister Hailie Jade Scott’s podcast Just a Little Shady, they discussed the relationship which has developed into a serious romance over the last few months.
“He moved in with me last year, like December. It’s going really well, we’ve been together like two years now,” they explained after being quizzed by Hailie. Stevie had been in the long-distance romance for a few years before he moved in with them, prompting Hailie to call their relationship “crazy”.

“It’s hard but I feel like if you really have a connection with someone it can work, especially if you make time for it to work," Stevie continued. “It’s a pretty hard thing but it’s a lot easier and it’s worth it once you get to live together and actually experience those things.”
Eminem's daughter Hailie Jade announces surprise engagement to beau EvanStevie, who is the youngest of Eminem’s kids, called their dating experience “really fun”, and said it’s been a learning experience coming to terms with their gender fluidity and trying to find love. “I’d say this is my first serious relationship. In my adult life,” they added.
Stevie is the child of the rapper’s ex-wife Kim Scott, who she conceived while separated from the Lose Yourself hitmaker, and he legally adopted Stevie back in 2005 after reuniting with his estranged wife. Their biological father is Eric Hartter, but he died of a fentanyl overdose, and Stevie has been regarded as one of the rapper’s kids since they were a baby.
They have also shared snaps of their relationship on social media, with Stevie posting sweet pictures of the couple on romantic trips together. Their followers have been bowled over by the touching romance - which involves them volunteering at animal shelters - and congratulated Stevie for finding love.
“Very beautiful photos, we feel your happiness and your love, very moving,” one commented. “I want a relationship like you guys,” another sweetly added. Stevie recently posted about ideas for a coordinated Halloween costume, and revealed they wanted to go as a “vampire and a bat”.
