A music producer claimed he was assaulted by musician Chris Brown in a recent lawsuit.

The court documents allege that Chris “inflicted severe and lasting injuries” after “beating [the music producer] over the head." According to the lawsuit, the incident occurred in February at the Tape London nightclub and the musician allegedly used a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila. After the initial hit with the bottle, Chris allegedly 'ruthlessly stomped on' and kick plaintiff Amadou “Abe” Diaw in the neck which rendered him unconscious for 30 seconds.

Abe was taken to the hospital as a result of the injuries incurred, according to the documents attained by Page Six. He is alleging he had “lacerations on his head and torn ligaments in his leg.” He further asserts that he has “suffered serious and permanent emotional distress and trauma.”

However, violence is not the only accusation against Chris. Abe also is accusing the musician of “defamatory conduct by spreading false rumors." According to the music producer, Chris made comments about Abe and his clients in an effort to diminish his industry relationships. He is seeking a trial by jury, but next steps have yet to be determined.

This is not the first time Chris has been accused of a aggression and violence. In 2009, he was arrested for physical abuse and domestic violence against now ex girlfriend Rihanna, causing injuries to her lip and face. As a result, he received felony charges for assault and criminal threats to which he pleaded guilty, taking a plea bargain. He received five years' probation and mandatory counseling alongside community service.

According to Chris, he did complete a domestic violence counseling course. He wrote on Twitter in 2010: "I have enough self respect and decency to be proud of accomplishing this DV class. Boyz run from [their] mistakes. Men learn from them!!!"

After his domestic violence incident with Rihanna, Chris continued to be slammed with other accusations. In 2013, he was arrested yet again for felony assault, but that charge was later reduced to an assault misdemeanor. From there, he was accused and arrested for alleged crimes multiple times.
