Apple TV+ is gearing up to launch a brand-new film with an all-star, award-winning cast. Fingernails is a new drama that blends dystopian sci-fi and romance with an original and intriguing premise.

It is the second feature and first English-language film from writer-director Christos Nikou, the filmmaker behind acclaimed 2020 drama Apples. The film screened at the Toronto and Zurich Film Festivals in September and earned positive reviews.

Critics have heaped praise on the engaging performances of the film’s revered cast. Fingernails opened with a limited theatrical release on Friday (October 27) before it heads to streaming services in November.
