Stormzy has revealed he is ready to become a dad, just two months after reuniting with Maya Jama.

The couple rekindled their romance in August during a lavish Greek getaway where they decided to give things another go. The rapper and Love Island presenter previously dated from 2015 to 2019. Stormzy, real name Michael Ebenazer Kwadjo Omari Owuo Jr, has previously made it clear he sees children in his future and has dropped another hint.

During an interview with Louis Theroux while he was single, the Croydon-born star revealed he'd bought himself a palatial home with seven bedrooms to "raise a family". In his latest Instagram post, Stomzy shared a list of 14 "fleeting thoughts" with his 3.4million followers on Friday and shared his family dreams once again.

In the lengthy caption, Stormzy declared "Free Palestine", said he will "be on the side of the oppressed" and admitted he's considering having a hair transplant before revealing his dream of having a child. His 10th though read: "My 3 aspirations in life since I turned 30 is to just be a better Man of God, to hopefully become a Dad one day and to serve others."

Last month it was reported Stormzy was "ready to have kids" with Maya after they are thought to be heading for therapy in a bid to "nip their past issues in the bud" before trying to start a family. A source explained to The Mirror: "Stormzy and Maya have been encouraged to go to ‘couples’ therapy’ to nip their past issues in the bud once and for all."

They revealed: "Stormzy and Maya have never stopped loving each other and want to do all they can to protect their second shot at lifelong happiness. Stormzy has already told friends he’s ready to have kids as early as next year." The rapper has spoke previously about making mistakes.

He once admitted: "My break-up, that was probably the biggest catalyst for growth as a man. It was like, OK, you made a mistake and you lose someone you loved, someone you cared for, someone who is special to you. That’s probably the biggest loss a man can have, isn’t it? Away from someone passing away, that’s the biggest loss you can have." The couple finally confirmed romance rumours at the start of the month when Stormzy surprised Maya with a romantic gesture at an airport.

Maya filmed her boyfriend holding up a picture of her as well as a hand made sign which read: "Maya Jama's #1 Fan." Stormzy stood there holding the posters as he reunited with his love after she'd been away. He smiled from ear to ear as she could be heard in the background saying: "You are so cute, thanks, put it down now I'm shy."

The pair sparked romance rumours over the summer when eagle eyed fans noticed that they were often in the same place at the same time, with many thinking it meant they were back together. They were seen together in Greece hand in hand but neither of them confirmed the relationship.

Fans of Maya and Stormzy have been hoping for a reunion ever since the pair called time on their relationship at the end of 2019. It was claimed the break-up was amicable, with the couple simply wanting to focus on their respective careers. However, shortly after the split, a then newly-single Maya unfollowed the Shut Up star on social media amid cheating rumours. Stormzy denied any infidelity, although he did admit to "making mistakes".
